Thousands attended a rally in front of Taiwan’s presidential office for housing justice and judicial reform. There were appearances from opposition party leaders Terry Gou 郭台銘, presidential candidate for Taiwan People’s Party (TPP) Ko Wen-je 柯文哲, and presidential candidate for Kuomintang (KMT) Hou Yu-ih 侯友宜. Leaders of the ruling Democratic People’s Party (DPP) held an event on Sunday as well.
Terry Gou 郭台銘 makes an appearance at the 公平正義救台灣 (Housing Justice Rally) in Taipei, Taiwan on July 16, 2023. Gou lost the Kuomintang (KMT) party candidacy to Hou Yu-ih 侯友宜 but could still be a candidate in the future.
