Herel Hughes is an Irish-American video journalist currently based in Taiwan. She has an MA in War & Conflict Journalism and experience working with the Peace Corps, International Rescue Committee, and the United Nations. Herel has travelled across six continents, lived in nine countries, and speaks three languages. She is currently searching out stories focused on gender, human rights, sustainable development, and conflict.
